Has anyone used this HRM/cyclocomputer for training, and if so, any reviews? I ordered one as a gift but it's now been on backorder for over a month. In the interim, even though the ads say that it's for cross-training, we're noticing that none of the photos show any sort of watch/wrist strap. If that's the case, is it really only a cycling tool, or do you just handcarry it when you transition to a run?

Would welcome any input.
thanks.

I bought the S520 primarily as a bie training tool but have used it extensively for 1/2 marathon training over the last 3 months. It works great, downloads to a computer for analysis and was easy to set up. Would I buy another one.....Yes!! The only thing that I would change would be to update to the 625x model that can be used for running and cycling.

I have theS520 too, and wear it on my wrist. I dont bother with the mount for my bike since you would have to take it off then put it on your wrist for a race or even a brick work out. I just twist the face around to the front side of my hand/wrist so I can read it while aero :) REALLY like it though. it has been great.
