Yes, life is great!! Beautiful day here on the British Columbia coast, sun, warm, nice breeze. It was beautiful to see the sun rise over the mountains as I rode into work at 0530hrs. Makes one feel great to be alive. Smiling as I rode looking out over the north shore mtns. as the sun creeped over. So far, ride in 25km, will ride home 25km and run 13km (~1:20hrs.) I will take my time doing various footwork today running.

I'm not liking you very much recently Bluebird. Insane amounts of jealousy here. More rain and heavy thunder showers today from 4pm- present. I NEED to get a bike trainer so I can do SOMETHING on these days. Argh.

100 minutes cycling at Y this morning - tonite 2km swim, Body Pump, 6.5 miles run. 4.5+ hours training today

Afternoon bike club ride
37miles in the mountians avg 18.5
broke away from the group in the mountians and never saw them again until I arrived back at the meeting point finding out they only rode 30 and avg 16.5. ;)
Then Ran 3miles after the bike! :) 2hrs 24mins Total for run and bike

Ran 14.2 rather easy miles in fairly warm and very steamy conditions. Took it easy after racing 15K on Sunday and doing a reasonably hard LT run on Tuesday.





90 minutes on the bike at lunch. Did (75 minutes yesterday). Warm today, a little drained but tried to maintain a steady heart rate throughout.
