Voigt is out!! He was ill with fever, as reported on team-csc.com and did not make it to the finish in time.
I am really sorry for him. It seems as if leader jerseys do not bring luck to CSC. Zabriskie abandoned, Voigt is out by the jury decision and Basso had to fight his stomach bug during the Giro after wearing pink.
Although Vino won, Lance is still in a dominant position. I wonder when Rasmussen will not be able to keep up with the GC contenders. Maybe he will never lose time, except for the TT and finish top 5. Did you know he weighs only 60kg??? And he seems to be quite tall.
but I wonder how much that effort cost him for the next stages?
He was out front, running like a scalded cat, for a long time, and on the steepest, longest climbs of the tour.
