Well...I had a strong season going with nothing worse than top 3 in my age group. But alas I was burned pretty badly. I had second degree burns on both my legs. Basically my whole lower leg on my left and the upper part of my calf on my right. I've been out for about 3 weeks and can't start training again till next week. I'm thinking I'm gonna need to pretty much start over. I was thinking of looking into a coach and wanted to get some advice on what's out there and what's the best. Any help would be great. Thanks

I'm so sorry about your burn! How did you do that? It's so hard to be out, and I can't imagine 3 weeks!! Take care and take heart that you will bounce back quickly!!
