Let me explain. I can't do the run (too many surgeries), but i like the idea of tri (meaning three). What should i shoot for as a base for my HR while on the elliptical. i usually go for 30-45min at 165.
Oh yeah 220-24=196. but i don't think i should try and reach that very often.
I don't do HR training much because i don't have a HRM except on my elliptical.
My goals are to continue losing weight at 20 lbs over. This will also be my morning workout that i am adding to my swim at lunch and bike in the evening.
