GOOD job :) Its still a bit cloudy up here so not as warm I dont think( about 75)
Ran for an hour at lunch time. Felt remarkably good -- esp since I did 20 the other day. Since I skipped swim practice for sleep this morning, I plan to swim tonight about 4,000 . Fun Fun.
Trail fun run for 1/2 hour (saw some deer & a quail family running around), then a 1 hr 45 min bike. Felt great! It is HOT over here too.

Good for you brittda! Gettem' girl :)
I, rode to work and home (50km), took a detour to enjoy the ride away from traffic. Nice and sunny here, it's supposed to be warm (all say it is) but I am frikin' freezing. What else is new :p Oh well, I can't wait to warm up in the pool. After the Tour it's a 3900m swim woohoo!
Can't wait to run again. Since Sunday's 3.5hr. run I have felt amazingly good and now am very anxious to do the 1hr. tempo run tomorrow. If I feel good I might go farther. Why do I punish myself so!!

yeah.....just a little warm here too (112 degrees) 30 min bike and a 30 min run- gotta love that recovery week.
Just got home from running 9.2 miles in 62 minutes. Solid running day damn its hot
Tonight it was an open water swim that was a little over a mile. Last long swim before Lifetime this Saturday. When I got home I went for an easy 3 mile run to keep the legs loose.
Just finished 45min on the trainer re-watching today's Tour stage.
Thunderstorms killed initial plans to run (flooded trails) and swim (pool closed due to lightening). I can handle the 90+ degree heat, it's the 70-80% humidity here that's just killing me.

Tribro, you have it made in Bend. Pdx was overcast and almost humid (by northwest standars). Up at 5:30 to watch Le Tour, then off to work, and a 24 mile intreval workout followed by a chilled Mirror Pond. Rough life.

45 minute run at lunch. Man it's getting warm up here. Tons of people floating in the river to stay cool.
