Well I got the new ride today and went out for a 1:45 spin felt really good but the last ten miles my tris really started to hurt from holding myself up. I havnt rode a road bike in a long time I just ride my Time Trial bike so im used to riding in the aero position. I guess it will take some time to get used to it. Gonna try a crit on Tue. night.

Hope all is going well with everyone happy training all!

crit = criterium - a multi-loop course, usually in an urban area.

Congratulaions on the new bike, Ryan. I'm sure you will have a lot of fun on it.

Thanks for the bit of knowledge. Apparently I have been riding a criterium everyday on the bike. I have a 7 mile loop around town. Thanks again.

Thanks for all the replys!

I got a Giant TCR composite 1. I love it so far very light and really stiff, and it looks awesome so thats always a plus.

Thanks again happy training and good luck pernfilman on your crit. I just hope I can keep the rubber down!

Sorry, I forgot to add that the term "criterium" refers to a type of race. Solo rides aren't crits.

we need a glossary of terms on the site. tribro?
