Just wandering about training and diet????
I love tri's and do not mind eating better and training harder.......only thing is I really don't know where to start ? I moved alittle less than a year ago and have no one to partner up w/ nor do I know anyone just to chat w/ about a good energy boosting, muscle recovery type eating regimen. I really don't wanna pop pills for the things that I listed above. I already take like 7 pills a day for necessary stuff. Just on that I feel much better. But I feel like I should have more of a "plan". I've ran track all my life and played various other competitive sports and basically have had a coach dictate what I should do to be able to bring my A game consistenly. Honestly, I just feel alittle lost :(
Any suggestions?? I hope all this makes sense. Thanx in advance yall are always helpful:)}
