I'll go first: Breakfast - 1 pce toast & mmlde, 1 banana & millk smoothie. Snack - 1 muesli bar. Lunch - 90g Tuna, Salad & 1 Med Pita Bread. Snack - 1 kiwifruit. Dinner - Chicken, Kumera, Yams & Brocolli. And maybe some fresh popcorn later....
