I got a really sore hamstring and I'm 5 days from my first 1/2 Iron. Can anybody relate? I'm open to tips. I guess I really just want you to feel sorry for me :) Don't think it will bother me on the swim cuz I'm slow enough that an injury can't slow me down any further. Don't think it will bother me on the bike, spinning's been ok. But I am worried about the run. I had planned on really pushing it.
