OK here's my story. I'm a runner. I've done numerous sprints over the last 2 years (going on the third summer in 2 weeks). I feel totally confident with the sprints. I know I'm not a strong swimmer so I've always gotten through the swim and then raced the rest. This summer I really want to move up to the Olympic. I know that I can handle it if I give myself the time. I'm just worried that I don't have the time to train for it.
So, how much do I need to up my training to complete an olympic? I'm ready for the next challenge I just dont know how to take the step.
