What are your thoughts on the benefits or drawbacks of training while wearing ankle, shoe, or wrist weights? Is it helpful or does it just cause undue joint stress?

waste of time. Running with more weight on you really isnt gonna help you run faster when you take it off. If you wanna run faster, you need to run faster.

Life is short. Play hard and get dirty doing it.

Running with a weight vest has benefits, but definitely not on the extremities. I have an article about optimal use of a weight vest that i'll be happy to send to anyone who writes me at Ken

Thanks! I was thinking along those lines... unnecessary.
