Hey tri-kids. I was wondering who had experience lifting while dealing with shin splints/stress fractures in the shins. Can lifting be an effective means to heal and get stronger? If nothing hurts while lifting does that give me the go-ahead to hit the gym? Are cords and resistance training better than free weights/machines?
Happy Training!
