I've been training hard for months now. About 2 months into my training I was playing soccer and really hurt my ankle, I was on crutches for a lil more than a week with my leg in a splint. There was no fracture, but I couldn't do anything no even swim for a couple weeks. Then swimming was all I could do and it was 5 more weeks before I could cycle or run. I feel as though I bounced back into my fitness level pretty quickly. My first multisport even is 11 days away. It's not a huge priority race or anything, but I was looking for some tips on how to know if I'm where I should be. My AAA priority race is July 31st and I want to make sure I take the steps to have the best performance I can. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
