hands are cramping?

ok, now what am i doing wrong? while i swim, as i pull through the water i feel this dull pain in between my fingers. it goes away after a while- but i figured it must be another technical problem with my form. any ideas?

Are you forcing your fingers together tightly or pressing your thumb against the index finger.

knowing me , i'm probably doing both- but i never payed attention to it. the pain is definitely between the fingers- down near the joint (not in the palm of my hand.)

i guess i should go to your website and read up about proper hand positioning, right george? :)

We really have to relax and let things happen I always get upset when I see the workouts that some coaches give, to begginner swim tri athletes. You really must do lots of swimming with very minor stroke adjustments and swim quality..
