Nice, but bear in mind this is a stage race.
Day one is the swim and 90 miles of the bike.
Day two is the rest of the bike.
Day three is the run.
Much more impressive are the "At your pleasure races." The Doubles and Triples that once you start ,the clock doesn't stop, even though you might. Much more difficult than being able to eat meals at the end of the day and sleep all night.

Jonas Colting won the 6.2 mile swim, 261.4 mile bike and 52.4 mile run 2007 Ultraman Triathlon World Championships, and Shanna Armstrong earned her 4th title.
