Garmin 305
Give Garmin Tech support an email or call -- I've never seen that, but when I have had issues they were great about supporting their products.

I'm on my 3rd 305 in 4 months. twice they have just flat out stopped working and the last time it wouldn't recieve satellite signals. If it wasn't the best training aid I have ever had I would have just tossed it by now. So enough about my problems and on to yours. I would try and put the lated software in the watch and download the latest version of training center. Your probably going to lose all your workouts stored on your watch. One problem I have had is that when I got a new watch it had the latest software in the watch and it wasn't compatible with the old version of training center. So I ended up having to download the new version. I would try and do that before I called garmin since they will probably have you do this first. That will hopefully take 20 minutes off your phone call and maybe it will fix you problem.
Dont forget to save your workout history before you do this!

Good luck!

I have the garmin 305 and really enjoy it. All of a sudden though I am getting a weird message when i try to download my workouts to my laptop. A window pops up and says."belongs to MULTISPORT is a required value. Rolling back to last saved version." Not sure if anyone else has seen this, if so how do i fix?
Thanks
