Happy Thanksgiving
Snow? I remember that stuff. It's beautiful here today in South Florida. 80 degrees and sunny. I ran 7 miles this morning, got some sun and a good sweat going. The turkey is in the oven, the house smells great, and that mini Heinekin keg I bought is halfway gone. I'm afraid it's not gonna last till dinner. Oh well. BTW, I think it's really cool that you run with your dad. Happy Thanksgiving to all. Stay safe.
Happy Thanksgiving all! Ya, we had snow as well. Kinda nice.
Oh forgot to mention that I did some Z4 intervals on the bike. Fun!

Happy Thanksgiving!
I did a 5mile Turkey Trot with my husband, JMcGlos and her husband. I lagged behind (as usual), having gone out too hard, but ended up playing coach and cheerleader bringing an 11 and 12yr old bro and sis through the last 3miles after they got dropped by their Boston Marathon-running dad! It definitely took my mind off my pain, and keeping them running and motivated was amazingly fun.
Now we're watching football, building a fire and the rib roast is in the oven. (We eat turkey all year long - ground turkey, turkey burgers, turkey sausage, etc... I want BEEF!)

wow....into my second week of the off season. I start back up next week and took full advantage of it today. It was 70 here in southern Virginia....but will be 40 tomorrow, so we ate and drank irresponsibly all day. I love this time of year.
I was on baby sitting patrol while me wife ran the Atlanta half marathon. She PR'ed by 4 min!
Then we ate, drank, and played Scrabble with the extended family.
Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
Happy Thanksgiving to All
Made my annual trek to the Ashenfelter 8k Fall Classic. I took it easy as it was my recovery run from the JFK 50 this past Saturday.
Needless to say, my Thanksgiving was guilt free after that! :D
Did local Turkey Trot to support my local zoo.
At least I got a good 4 miles in before I passed out on the couch watching football games and stuffed my face with only the healthiest of foods.:D
Got my workout by lifting pots and pans -- chanied to the stove for two days - but I love it. Had to pay the price today - 8 mile trail run - it's beautiful this time of year. Hope everyone had a great day!

I cheered on my baby while she ran a 4 mile Turkey Trot in Akron,Ohio...then I spent the rest of the day with my leg up and iced watching movies and eating with family and friends...

My daughter, wife and I did a local 5k turkey day trot. The wife finished without stopping in her first race ever. I'm so proud :) I lagged behind with my daughter and it was all good!

Happy Thanksgiving! What did you do today?
I did a Turkey Trot 5k with my dad. Its not really a race -- is a hilly course around a park that changes every year and its approx 5k guess your time. This year I think it was significantly longer than 5k. And there was SNOW so it was extra fun!
