After doing 40 or so triathlons and "biathlons" (pre duathlon) in NY from '88 to '94 and 13 years of complete inactivity I've decided to start over again. I purchased a pair of running shoes, took my Centurion Carbon down off the garage wall and started training again a couple of months ago. Not easy starting from scratch again!

Hope to be ready to do a few sprints and duathlons next year. I'd also like to be able to fit into the old wetsuit but this may be a bit of a "stretch"! Trifuel.com will definitely help keep me headed in the right direction.;)

I didn't have that much prior experience but after 2005 I had to raise the priority of life things and lower my TRI training, but I'm eager to ramp up now!

I really consider I'm starting over and anything I retained from before is just a bonus.

Welcome back and have a good one!
