What are good stocking stuffers for all of the triathletes out there? I'm putting together my christmas list for family and the wanted to know some little tri related things that I'd like. I'd also like to get my mom a couple of little things as well. I'm hoping to do a sprint tri with her this year and it will be her first venture into the sport.

I think that running gloves are always nice, and I always seem to need another pair. Same with running hats - the mesh ones that are really light. The Road ID bracelet could also be something they'd never get themselves, but might want to have.

If they have the Forerunner 305, the Bike Mount Kit is pretty nice. It comes with a new wrist band that the watch clips in and out of and a similar band for the bike. It's a nice addition that I found useful.

I'm thinking of the Swimp3 v2. If they find swimming boring, it might be a cool idea.

I think everyone's also always happy for a new Cervelo, but I don't think it will fit in a stocking :D

To tri or not to tri - that's not a question at all!

-yankz or lock laces
-training books
-drink mix or energy bars
-a blinking light so you can be seen during night runs
-fuel belt or race belt
-a set of the copyrighted race pictures they take at most races
-road ID is a good suggestion

Instead of candy, put gels in there. Much more useful.
Bodyglide is always good.
Cycling socks.

Life is short. Play hard and get dirty doing it.

Thanks for the suggestions everyone! I'll have to stopy by my LBS and get my mom a few goodies here within the next few days.

Another thing would be a cheap headlamp for running in the dark.

Another one I'd like:

http://www.google.com/products?q=profile+bottle+aero+bracket&ie=UTF-8&oe=utf-8&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a&um=1&checkout=1&sa=X&oi=product_result&resnum=1&ct=checkout-restrict

It's the bracket only for the profile Aero bottle. Tri Fuel also has another link here:

http://www.trifuel.com/Detailed/Aerodrink_Water_Bottle_Bracket-925.php

Where basically for a few bucks more you'll get a new bottle too. Given how often the sponge comes flying out of mine, its probably a good option to get another whole bottle to have spare parts.
