I buy there all the time. Generally, it's last-year's overstock, but it's all brand new gear. I've snapped up about $1500 worth of Arc'teryx gear over the last two years for around $400, picked up a new skiing helmet, a probe/shovel combo, running shirts, boardshorts...you name it.
