No ...didn't. Had a hip problem (now better) that was singing to me...had to back off a bit...went down, however, to crew for a guy doing the Triple...it was quite an experience. I WILL be there next year.

Wow a lot of time has passed since I have been here. How is it all goin every one? Work has kept me pretty damn busy as well.
On the upside my trilife has just been crazy good. I am getting on the podium in my age group the past few races which is nice. I got 2nd in my AG for a sprint in Aug, 3rd in my AG for a half in Sept, and got top ten in my AG for the state to qualify for an invitiational in Oct in North Carolina.
Anyways just wanted to say hey and I'm back.
