I live in the Northeast, almost time to take the bike off of the road. Anyone have a recommendation for indoor bike training? A particular fluid trainer? I have never used one in the past so I am a little lost.

Or should I lay on my back and peddle into the air?

The fluid2 by Cycleops is a great trainer - very durable. I have done 5+ hour sessions on it. Had it for several years now.
Also consider getting some rollers in addition to the trainer.

I vote for Cycleops as well. I've had one for over a year and I love it.

I've been very happy with my Cycleops.

I have a (rarely used) cycleops fluid 2 as well -- like it when I've used it. Like RV I'm also looking at adding rollers as well.

Thanks to all for the info. Looks like cycleops gets the most votes!
