Got a prob w the insert to the watch. I pulled it out and as I did the wires pulled out of the three prongs  As I took the three prong attachment apart (it just unscrews) I noticed 3 no. for the wire connectors (1,2,3). I want to solder them back on but don't know what colour fits what wire (pink, blue and green). Can you help and tell me the no. vs. the colour is? Thanks for any help kxux.

Sure no problem. When you take the connector with the little socket (hole) at the bottom (just as it is installed on the bike) the top wire is Red, green is on the left and blue is on the right. I'm describing the broken piece you have and I'm holding it so I face the connector.

Hope this helps.

Good to hear that you were able to fix it. I bet they do not have this documented anywhere and it would suck to take it off of the bike and send to them to get it fixed...

Ya I agree. Here is what the final product looks like. Thanks again for the help man. They also say it can't be put on a fixie. I beg to differ :-)

(i'm not a power user or a fixie rider)
how does power work on a fixie?
work at high speed and work at low speed must be entirely different things because it's directly related to cadence...do you shoot for constant power output? or separate high/low speed power averages?

Training with power I am learning about. All I did was set up the fixie so that it COULD use the Polar Power Meter on it (see link above).

I did an Lactate bike test back in June so have some wattage readings for HRs and lactate readings. I'll start there and see what happens. Right now there is no focus with the meter other than to just get familiar with it, try it out and have some fun seeing what wattage is for various HRs. The serious stuff will start in the spring. Run and swim tech is the focus for me till then.
