MCM on Sunday...anyone else?
If you'e not running..the expo starts today at three and runs through Saturday at 9 pm...usually some really good deals...
On the blue line... Stadium/ Armory stop.

Thanks guys...weather supposed to be fine...
No time goals for the race..but my goal is to help folks that need it.
If I see someone suffering I'll walk with them and try and help...I'll carry extra food and electrolites and offer them up if needed...
You see a number of amps (Amputee runners) at MCM and sometimes they can use a partner for awhile...
The joys of not being concerned with your own time.

Anton that is a great idea! One of these times I will do that same :) Granted, it will have to be the goal with signing up, and it can't be when I'm in PR shape or the competitive side of me might win...

Good luck, Anton! I'm not running this year but will be volunteering at the Girls on the Run booth tonite and again Saturday until 12pm, so stop by and introduce yourself when you come to packet pickup!
