I love that one also because it shows Norman for the little cry baby that he is. If things get tough then Norman just shuts it down. Nothing worse than people with all of that natural ability who just give it up when things do not go their way. This year's race is another great example. He was feeling a little bad and knew he couldn't win so he just quit. What a great example for all of the young people who look up to him. Nice job Norman.

I got to stop looking at this stuff at work - the part about the old ratty shirt rang a little too close to home for me! Now my wife can't wear it without me humming the "business time" tune :p
