Thought everyone could use a Frazz laugh today.
I myself prefer a power bagel with peanut butter & strawberry jam with a nice lemon-lime gatorade.

:D
That cracks me up!
I'm a lemon-lime guy as well. It's the only flavor they sell in 9-gallon tubs at Costco for $8. Can't beat that with a stick!
red and lime are definitley tied for first. If anyone says grape gatorade is theyre favorite plan on an E-beat up.
Anything with grape flavoring is pure evil.
Grape flavouring always just reminds me of childrens tylenol. Ew.
I like a nice salmon filet, side of angel hair pasta with a light olive oil dressing, maybe some steamed asparagus and sauteed mushrooms with melted cheese in them. I find this meal goes very well with a good '99 lemon lime. Really sets off the meal

You age your Gatorade?

what? you don't?
'99 was a very good year for lemons and limes.
I kinda like the grape flavor. :)

oooooh....throwdown!
The rain flavors are pretty good on the go. I like white power aid for just drinking, but lemon-lime still wins for training and racing. I just say no to Hammer tangerine.

The ghost of Martin Luther King Jr. scorns you.
I did my last twenty-miler last Saturday to prepare for my Marathon on Nov. 4.
Today I did 15.
i've been having this sore adductor that seems to go away after 9 miles or so, and then afterwards, its a bit sore, and the outer hip hurts a bit.
I want this to be cleared up before Race Day, but I'm not sure when I to take the time off, to clear it up.
Should I take this week off, and just pool run, or should I do that the week before the race?
Thanks!

Probably Grape!!
I acrually kinda like the grape flavor, especially the rain and frost variations. Though I have to say I think '98 was a better year for the grape :D

Bwahahahaha. Oh man, thanks i needed that.
I'm more for the '97 orange harvest, but to each their own ;)
i looked throught the cellars this weekend, and the blue caught my eye... and made me wonder how many blue things there are in nature that we eat...blueberries, blue corn, and... and... and...
Smurfs™? :D
M&M's. The new dark chocolate peanut ones rock. Especially the blue.
Blue M&M's are pretty good, but the Green ones......;) ;)
Cran-Razz Gatorade AM the best in the morning! :)
I prefer the Yellow powder mixed a little weak with an everything bagel and cream cheese.
But that's after the bowl of cereal, OJ, vitamins, banana, and coffee.
By itself I'd have to go with Orange. To me they all taste more like their colors than their supposed flavor. The purple is purple flavored, not grape; I've never had a grape that tasted like that.
