I am looking for some people interested in meeting a few times a month to run. I was thinking of meeting at Valley Forge Park in King of Prussia or somewhere along the Philadelphia bike trail (motgomery county area: Oaks, Norristown, Conshy ) Anyone who is slow like me looking to get some winter motivation? I'm usually 8:30 per mile pace. Running no more than 6 miles to start, oly training.
