I've had my Felt s32 for about a year now and my seat is pretty much worn hard and painful. Any suggestions for a good bike seat that would give some comfort without giving way to performance?

I have the ISM Adamo Bike seat and absolutly love it. It is the most comfortable seat I have ever ridden. However, I know alot of people out there don't like it because it is too wide in the front. I won't ride anything else because it fits me very well, but I can see why other people can't stand it. I would look into it if I were you. If it fits you, it is a very comfortable seat.

I have the ISM and I find it very comfy too.

There is no saddle on Earth that's going to feel comfortable after 5 hours and I personally can't see how riding a carbon saddle is going to be manageable for anything over an Olympic distance race.

Sounded good to me. I bought it and I've never had any reason to switch.
