Lois Tiedemann Releases Second Edition of Book Focused on Discovering Inner Success Using the ‘Transformation Triangle’

PHOENIX—April 3, 2007—The success of Lois Tiedemann’s first book, “No One Succeeds Alone: Memoir of Transformation,” has led to the release of a second, limited edition version that is now available.

Since debuting in December, the long-time marathon runner, triathlete and personal entrepreneur coach has sold nearly 250 copies of her self-published book designed to help readers discover inner success using elements of her Transformation Triangle – a unique program that combines elements of the mind, body and spirit to fulfill personal success in all areas of life.

Triathlon One O One Announces Prize Purse Breakout for ’07 Series

The organizers of the Triathlon One O One series announced today the distribution for the $300,000 in professional prize money being awarded at its 2007 events.

A $50,000 prize purse will be offered at each of the following events: Triathlon One O One Bradenton being held on May 6 in Bradenton, FL; Triathlon One O One Clear Lake being held on June 10 in Clear Lake, CA and Triathlon One O One Halifax being held on Sept. 2 in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Prize money at all three events will be paid equally to the top seven overall male and female professionals as follows:

New Professional Women’s Triathlon Team Based in the Bay Area

(March 29, 2007 – San Francisco, CA): Team Endurance PTC is pleased to announce the athletes who will represent the Bay Area’s professional women’s triathlon team in its inaugural season. The three athletes include: Kelly Couch, the 2006 USAT Rookie of the Year and two first year professionals, Olympic-distance and 70.3 specialist, Lara Brown and Tyler Stewart, the 2005 and 2006 Overall Amateur Champion at the Ironman World Championships.

Nationwide Program Identifies Talented Juniors for Fast Track Development

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. -- The inaugural USA Cycling National Talent Search, Powered by RacerMate, has been extended to May 7th. The talent search program is designed to help identify the nation's young athletes (boys and girls, age 15-18 years old) with the raw potential to join USA Cycling's top tier, the USA National Cycling Team. The top performers in a 20km (12.5 miles) time trial simulation test will be invited to USA Cycling Regional Development Camps in their regions in June.

Triathlon One O One and Athletes for a Cure Join to Battle Prostate Cancer

AFAC Named as an “Official Charity Partner” of the Triathlon One O One Series

Worthington, OH – The organizers of the Triathlon One O One race series and Athletes for a Cure (AFAC) have signed a multi-year agreement naming AFAC as an “Official Charity Partner” of the Triathlon One O One series. In doing so, the North American Triathlon One O One series, will become a platform for the AFAC’s fundraising program.

Aussie Sweep Down Under

MOOLOOLABA – It was an Aussie sweep of the gold medals at the 2007 Mooloolaba BG Triathlon World Cup today as both 2006 Commonwealth Games champions Emma Snowsill and Brad Kahlefeldt were atop the podium. The sleepy surf-town of Mooloolaba on the Australian coast played host to 150 of the world’s top triathletes as they attempt to swim, bike and run their way into the Olympic Games in the first world cup of the 2007 season.

LONE STAR TRIATHLON FEST ROLLS IN TO TOWN THIS WEEKEND

Galveston, TX: The much-anticipated Lone Star Triathlon Festival comes to Moody Gardens this weekend. Part of the Aegis Race Series, Lone Star is Endorfun Sports’ first foray in to the Texas triathlon scene, and promises to be a world-class triathlon event. Nearly 2000 athletes from 35 states have registered for the three-day festival, which begins Friday evening with the Expo at Moody Gardens, a First-timers Seminar presented by Texas Iron’s Jamie Cleveland and Andrea Fisher, and Carbo Load Gala at Schlitterbahn Water Park.
