MONTEREY, CA (February 17, 2012) – Tri-California Events, today announced registration is now open for the 2012 San Francisco Triathlon at Alcatraz.

The International Distance Triathlon is set to begin Sunday, July 8, 2012 at 7:00 a.m. PST, where athletes will jump from a boat in the San Francisco Bay, positioned just off the shores of the island of Alcatraz (1.2 miles).

LAKE WANAKA, New Zealand (February 13, 2012) – Entries opened today for the world’s most scenic iron distance triathlon, Challenge Wanaka in New Zealand’s South Island, which takes place on 19 January 2013.
