Raelert, Kienle and Bracht take on Challenge Kraichgau

Leading German athletes, current world record holder Andreas Raelert and European champion,Timo Bracht will once again go head-to-head at Challenge Kraichgau on 9 June. In the women, defending champion, Julia Gajer (GER) will face strong competition from Yvonne van Vlerken (NED) and Sonja Tjasich (GER).

Mary Beth Ellis wins Ironman Florida 70.3 running the On Cloudracer

Fellow On athlete Kevin Collington finishes in second place

PORTLAND, OR - Mary Beth Ellis of teamTBB captured the 2013 Ironman Florida 70.3 this weekend by more than 5-minutes over fellow American Mandy McLane. On the men's side, Kevin Collington finishes 2nd just 1:22 behind eventual winner Terenzo Bozzone of New Zealand. Both athletes were racing the Cloudracer shoe from On, the innovative running shoe company built on patented Swiss technology.

Challenge Family relaunches in Australia with three new events

7 MAY 2013 – Challenge Family has today announced its return to the Australian triathlon scene with three new Challenge Half events being added to their worldwide series.

Challenge Melbourne, Challenge Forster and Challenge Bateman’s Bay will spearhead the Challenge Family’s return to Australia. All three Challenge Half distance events will comprise a 1.9km swim, a 90km cycle and a 21.1km run together with a prize purse of over AUD$30,000.

Challenge Family CEO, Felix Walchshöfer, said the return to the Australian market is a significant milestone for the Challenge Family.

70.3 World Championship Will Rotate Globally in 2014

Premier destination courses around the world will host 70.3 world championships.

Beginning in 2014, the IRONMAN 70.3 World Championships will take place at rotating locations across the globe, the World Triathlon Corporation announced today.
