San Diego, Calif. - XTERRA WETSUITS, maker of the top-selling triathlon wetsuit in North America, announced a new strategic partnership between founder Keith Simmons and industry veteran Glynn Turquand.

Additionally, Simmons and Turquand have appointed Liz Barlow as President and relocated the business to its original birthplace, San Diego, California.

Overcomes Defending Champ Caroline Steffen in Melbourne

San Diego, Calif. – XTERRA WETSUITS, makers of the top-selling triathlon wetsuit in North America, announced that its sponsored triathlete Yvonne van Vlerken of Austria posted an impressive second place finish at Ironman Melbourne on March 24, 2013.
The event, which is the Asia-Pacific Championship Ironman race, had a packed roster of professional female triathletes, including Switzerland’s Caroline Steffen, its defending champion.

BASE Performance Athlete Chris Lieto Wins Lavaman; Jasper Stuyven takes GC at Volta AO Alentejo

03.25.2013 – BEND, OR - BASE Performance professional triathlete Chris Lieto and professional cyclist Jasper Stuyven started the season off with impressive wins this past weekend.

Chris tackled the Lavaman Waikoloa Olympic distance race on the Big Island on Sunday taking the overall win with a 1:53:55. Chris exited the water in 3rd position and proceeded to open up his lead in typical fashion with a blistering 26.3 mph 56:39 40K bike split. He followed up with a 36:03 10K run, winning comfortably by 2 minutes.

Javier Gomez Noya confirms his middle distance debut at Challenge Half Barcelona

Javier Gómez Noya, silver medallist at the London Olympics and twice ITU world triathlon champion has confirmed today that he will make his Middle Distance debut on May 19 at Challenge Half Barcelona, which this year is doubling as the official ETU European Half DistanceTriathlon Championships.
