Crucible Fitness Offering Training Plans Discount

Since January, 2005, over 500 athletes have used a Crucible Fitness training plan to prepare for successful Half and Full Iron Distance seasons. Changes include:
· Revisions to the progression of Functional Threshold or Lactate Threshold cycling intervals during the week.
· Significant amendments to the long bike guidance. In general, the rides are shorter and much more focused. You will work and likely have difficulty finding training partners after about six weeks!
· Tweaked run frequency and schedule. I've learned a lot about how/where to put runs in the schedule and manage the intensity. These plans reflect this experience.
· Lower training volume, overall, from the First Edition training plans.

In addition, each Crucible Fitness training plan includes:
· The Uber Doc: originally written to accompany Rich's Ironman training plans, the doc has grown to include everything you need to know to train and race triathlon.
