The coaches at Performance Training Systems (www.performancetrainingsystems.com) are excited to announce the launch of Ask A Tri Coach (www.askatricoach.com).
"We receive email questions from triathletes several times each week, but the nature of email has kept the information exchange to a limited audience," said PTS founder, Patrick McCrann. "Now with AskATriCoach.com, athletes will be able to search the archive for answers or submit their own questions."
Using this online service, PTS coaches will answer up to one triathlon-related question per day, on a first-come, first-served basis. No more posting to forums hoping for an answer; no more guesstimating what your training buddies are doing; no more waiting until next month's magazine shows up in your mailbox. Now triathletes can get straight answers from coaching professionals. Questions on training, racing, nutrition, equipment, scheduling, recovery, etc., are all welcome.
Triathletes looking to get their tough training questions answered should send their questions to: tricoach@performancetrainingsystems.com.
Performance Training Systems is a Boston-based triathlon coaching group serving multisport athletes of all ability levels.
