STAGE SET FOR JULY 14 LIFE TIME TRI MINNEAPOLIS

Fourth event in Race to the Toyota Cup Series brings 44 pros from six countries

WHAT: Thousands of professional and amateur triathletes will descend upon Minneapolis on Saturday, July 14 take compete in the Life Time Tri Minneapolis at beautiful Lake Nokomis. This event marks the fourth of seven events in the 2012 Race to the Toyota Cup Series where professional athletes compete across the nation for the coveted Toyota Cup, a cash purse including $574,000 in individual race awards and a 2012 Toyota vehicle.

In addition, the North American Junior Triathlon Invitational will also take place where children ages 12-17 will compete with teams from Canada and the United States for individual and group awards. Junior participants will swim 0.25 miles, bike 15.0 miles and run 3.1 miles.

WHEN: Saturday, July 14, 2012—Pro Start 7 a.m. CDT
