Rich Strauss, Endurance Nation coach and founder, will be at Ironman Arizona to deliver a pre-race talk to all TeamEN athletes, friends, families, and the general public. Rich will discuss the Four Keys of Ironman Execution (http://www.trifuel.com/training/triathlon-training/the-endurance-nation-four-keys-to-ironman-execution) in a talk he has delivered to over 800 Ironman athletes since 2002. All attendees will receive a free CD copy of the Endurance Nation Swim Clinic eBook and a free Endurance Nation race weekend t-shirt.
