( Henderson , Nev. ) October 03, 2007 – The Nevada Silverman Triathlon is excited to announce that Chris McCormack, “Macca,” confirmed today that he will race in the 2007 Nevada Silverman Triathlon. The Nevada Silverman is a full-distance triathlon consisting of a 2.4-mile swim; 112-mile bike and 26.2 mile run held annually in Henderson , Nevada . After negotiations with the Silverman team and assessment of schedules and racing commitments Macca will race the half – tri on the weekend of November 11, 2007.

Australian Chris McCormack or Macca as he is affectionately known, is one of the most affable athletes in the sport of triathlon.
