IronCamp East Coast Sells Out for 2007
IronCamp.com is pleased to announce that all spots for the 2007 East Coast edition have sold out. Set in Lake Placid, NY, home of Ironman USA, IronCamp East Coast will include a week of epic bike mileage and ends with the option to run a half or full marathon. IronCamp East Coast provides excellent training for athletes doing a late season iron distance race, including IM Switzerland, Austria, Germany, USA, Wisconsin, and Florida.

Rich Strauss leads race-specific IronCamps on the IMKY and IMWI courses. Having successfully coached hundreds of Ironman finishers, Rich will share with you everything you need to know to train for and race your next Ironman event. The 3-day camp includes a 4hrs swim clinic, classroom discussion of Ironman training, racing, bike fit, nutrition and host of other topics, as well as coach-lead training on the bike and run courses. As a unique twist for 2007, Rich will coach participants from the seat of a motorcycle!

IronCamp West Coast: Tour of Cali Edition, open for general registration for only three weeks, has just 5 of 18 spots left! Spread over some of the best roads and terrain in sunny California, IronCamp West Coast athletes will ride from the San Francisco Bay Area to Los Angeles, just hours ahead of the 2008 Tour of California! Expected dates run from February 16 to 23, 2008, with options for full or half participation. With a carefully planned course and experienced support along the well-thought out course, IronCamp West Coast promises to be even better than in ’07.
