(Seattle, WA USA) Based in Seattle, Washington, Emerald City Multisport Team’s provides enjoyment and fitness through consistent group training and coaching with the goal of improvement in performance. Emerald City Multisport offers an enduring focus on the "Multisport Lifestyle,” with emphasis of offering quality coaching, innovative workouts, fun team events and opportunities to build a community for our partners and sponsors. To meet the growing demand for multisport activities, Emerald City Multisport Team offers: events, camps, and clinics for the multisport community at large.

Emerald City Multisport offers ONE team for members to participate in triathlons and duathlons of all distances, off-road triathlons, winter triathlons, cycling events, mountain bike races, swimming , open water swim races, swim meets, running races, skate skiing and anything else that may be invented.
Emerald City Multisport Team has three pillars to ensure quality as we grow as a team and community:

1.) To Our Athletes: To provide athletes interested in improving their Multisport performance and racing skills in a challenging, positive, and fun group training programs geared for all abilities.

· Advanced multisport athletes can find the training atmosphere, coaching, and training partners that will push them to improved performance.

· Intermediate multisport athletes will receive the coaching and fitness conditioning they need to progress to the next level of training and racing.

· Beginning multisport “Newbie” athletes will be given a training plan to achieve their goals and access to resources and motivational team training to develop their abilities to the next level.

The team provides all athletes:

· Coached Weekly Workouts: where the team camaraderie helps each member reach new performance level.

· Team Events: that allow for shared team experience and makes for great training partners and enduring friendships.

· Informational Meetings: allowing opportunities to attend informational meetings and clinics to communicate new developments of Multisport by bringing in top certified coaches and athletes to share knowledge and techniques.

· Quality Coaching: by only allowing certified coaches to coach workouts, clinics and camps.

· Virtual Community: Website showcasing and highlighting team accomplishments.

2.) To Our Coaches: Emerald City Multisport’s goal is to provide the best quality possible, positive coaching to our team members, camp participants, and event participants. We do this by:

· Offering training to our coaches: By bringing in top coaches and elite athletes from around the world to share their techniques and knowledge of the sport.

· Development of coaches: By allowing access and funds to certification courses and development programs we can allow our coaches to get the skills needed to continue growth and advancement in Multisport.

· Low coach-to-athlete ratio: We try to keep low coach-to-athlete ratios at workouts and events to ensure there is as much individual attention as possible.

· Voice at the National and Governing Level: We also partake in the national and international governance of our sports; assist as a voice for our athletes; and petition for their common concerns with event directors and governing bodies.

3.) To Our Sponsors: Emerald City Multisport Team is dedicated to creating and building a community around Multisport. We strive to make team atmospheres that are hospitable, encouraging, and supportive. This in turn will support our sponsors in the greater community. We do this by involving our partners and sponsors in our: Monthly Informational Meetings; Monthly Clinics; Monthly organized social and intramural activities for the team; Website and virtual community; Camps and events for the Multisport community at large; Advertising on our team uniform for their support to our community
