Michelle offers a functional strength and conditioning program that promotes total body fitness. Sport-specific training that benefits triathletes, adventure racers, and athletes just starting out.

I've been part of her program since October 2007, and it's helped me tremendously. I credit the conditioning training I received from her program for the 3rd overall podium finish this March at NorCal AR #1. Her stuff works.
