Pros:
Best Tri Shop
Cons:
Still looking...

Cyclists get all the good bike shops. They have tons of teams and gear heads who’ve obsessed about the throw distance of a Dura Ace front derailleur since their training-wheel days. You know the type – they’re the ones who spend post group ride bar debriefings debating things like cable tension, synthetic lubes and the philosophical virtues of clinchers vs. tubulars. Needless to say I felt blessed to live in Atlanta when I found my way to All3Sports after a sprint race where I’d heard they were offering a discount to competitors. FINALLY a shop run by triahletes for triathletes wise in all things triathlon! For the first time I wasn’t listening to some roadie trying to sell me a time trial bike. Patrick, Alex, Matt, the whole crew were freakishly smart when it came to the gear, non-threatening about what to buy, and always willing to answer questions over the years since. I’ve bought gear in the store, I’ve bought gear online and I’ve talked to most of their people over the phone and every time my questions are answered before I buy anything, I get what I needed at the best price and I feel good about supporting a company that specifically supports my sport. Over the past few years I have noticed a few other triathlon-specific shops around the country; I’ve even visited many of them while close by for business or races. New York, North Carolina, out West. There a few other respectable shops to be found. But I like All3 because their website serves my shopping needs quickly and easily, their prices are almost always the lowest, they have every piece of gear you’ll be looking for (they’re usually the first to get the newest, coolest goods) and when all is said and done, their staff across the board is consistently top notch. These guys are the real deal, they know their gear and they best of all, they know triathlon. Not convinced? Prove me wrong. I’ve never referred a fellow athlete to my friends at All3Sports and had them come back to me with a less-than-satisfactory experience.

I was in Atlanta on business and wasn't sure I would have time this trip to make in to the store for a fitting and purchase. Needless to say, I didn't call ahead and showed up during lunch time. After explaining that I was in town on business the staff went out of their way to accommodate me and was able to schedule a fitting between fittings later that day. They were totally booked but somehow they squeezed me in. After a test ride and fitting, I bought a new Cervelo P2C and had it shipped back home to me. The bike fit is spot on and I can't mention enough how great all3sports is!

all3sports has won me as a customer! I recently purchased a Cervelo Soloist Team from the all3sports.com website. It's allways a little scary spending +$2,000 on a bike you have never had the opportunity to ride, or be fitted. I called the guys at all3sports and discussed components and sizing with them - they are very knowledgeable and were able to help me select a set of components that made sense for my type of riding. The bike arrived on the promised date and was packaged in a double-wall cardboard box, completely wrapped in foam and secured in place by expandable foam cushions - this bike was going nowhere!

After I unpacked the bike I noticed that the stem/bar were not the model I ordered. I called all3sports and their response was: "you're right, we shipped the wrong item, we'll send the right item today...and keep the other as a spare". In my mind the mark of great customer service is making things right when they are not - Alex and Patrick at all3sports certainly did this.

I will certainly use them in the future.

Great store overall. The people are super friendly and extremely knowledgable. They carry just about everything you need for triathlons and even have a bike shop in-store. I can't say enough about this place, it's the only place I'll go get my tri fix! Check out their website too at all3sports.com
