How to enter speedwork
Hallo, I would like to ask, what is the best way of entering speedwork? For example: 1 mile heat up, 5 times 1 mile speed 6 minutes per mile, between recovery half a mile 10 minutes per mile, 1 mile cool down.

Generally, I simply note it in the "Remarks" section and have a "speedwork" or "interval" tag attached to it. Entering each interval individually seems a bit much to me.

Yeah, much like riverbrady, I have a single entry (usually of a street running type) and in the remarks put notes about what the workout was and splits that I had).
