If anybody ever needs a group to run with in the Bowling Green,OH area, we have a somewhat informal group that meets on saturdays for long runs(a pretty low key run your own pace or stick with groups), and usually on Tues/Thurs @ 6AM for easy runs. There's a blog we just started up so if you're interested let me know.

im moving to lansing, MI in jan. for grad school. any tri info/clubs in area? good stores, trails, races etc? gracias
