Planning to do the bike and part or all of the run on Sunday (Aug 19) if anyone is interested.

I thought a course around Notheast would be flat but then I looked at the bike course elevations...jeeeez.... picked the wrong race for my first OLY! Hence the practice.

At any rate, I'll be starting around 6:30am or so.
