Ive been drinking gatorade forever b/c its so available to me. However, I have my 1/2 ironman in 4 weeks and I'm starting to think that there might be a better sports drink to carry with me on the bike. Any suggestions? I'm looking for something that will keep me energized and provide a decent amount of calories.

that's stuff is great, and I used it for the first time this last tuesday and had an amazing, brilliant ride.

What about salt tablets? Do you reccomend taking those? I've heard that some people take about 1 every hour.
