Anyone doing the Congress Ave Mile in Austin tomorrow? It'll be my first "road mile." I hear they'll have quarter-mile markers :) I also look forward to watching some elites go sub-4:00.

I'm hoping to go ride and run up some hills afterwards. Anyone have suggestions on a good 30-40 mile loop w/ hills?
