I am a freak about my diet and I am looking at yours and the first question I have for you is how much do you exercise daily?? It doesn't look as though you have even nearly enough calories to sustain a triathletes daily nutritional needs. THe other question is whether you are a man or woman - they both have very different needs.
I go to this website where I calculate my daily caloric needs based on what I am doing for the day. It shows me how much I have burned and that in part tells me how many calories I need to replace in my body. Like I said I am a FREAK about my diet. I write down EVERYTHING - I count my points values (weight watchers - I lost 60 lbs) calories, fiber, protein, and carbs. I have a number that I need to keep each of those around and I add up everything as I go through the day. I also keep track of the food groups on this chart too. SO that at the end of the day I know that I only had 4 servings of breads and grains etc... Sounds like a lot I know. But I believe in getting the benefits out of what I put in my body. I think too if I get really scientific with my eating it makes it so that I get the right amounts of what I need when I need it.
Here's what I take in BEFORE I account for calories burned: THis is what I base my whole day around: PS - I am a 31 year old 110 pound 5 ft woman:
Calories 1400
fiber 25g
protein 42g
carbs 130g
oh yeah - 6-12 breads and grains
3-5 vegetables
3+ fruits
2-4 dairy
SO I replace what I burn when I do ANY exercise. I also time my eating around my workouts acordingly. Replenishing protein and carbs during working out and within 30 minutes after working out. If you are tearing down muscle (which is what we do when we exercise) then you need to give your body the tools it needs to rebuild it even stronger. Thereby your triathlete body needs protein AND carbs (smart carbs though) to do the job.
I can give you all the different websites I visit frequently if you want to be freak like me. Otherwise I hope this gave you some help.

I agree w/ Tri-Me... reading your daily diet, it seems to me you arnt getting nearly enough calories into your diet. If you are like me and step it up into the next gear six weeks out (less then two for me) I have found that I need more calorie intake. I am not afraid to add sports drinkis and powerbars into my diet, while it is wise to eat healthy, make sure you are getting the proper balance of nutriants to sustain your training schedules. So my final advice, eat healthy, but make sure it is keeping you going strong and good luck on your race!
