Ok guys and girls - I am pretty regimented in my diet. I eat to feed muscles mostly (with the occasional naughty treat in here and there). I am getting bored though and need new food ideas. Nothing complicated though - I HATE to cook. Just wondered what products you all enjoy and that help you train as well.

PS my favorite snack is just before bedtime I LOVE to have a bowl of Kashi with strawberries...mmmm.....

I'm not sure that cheese enchiladas have a positive effect on training, but they sure taste good. Huge fan of mexican food. Not huge as in size, just a big fan. I mean I really like it, :)
Been eating a lot more fish, (not a vegetarian anymore really, but fish is where I draw the line).
Fish tacos are good stuff too! Fish tacos and a Pacifico have got to the perfect meal.
Shakes in the morning,
Varies at lunch.
Pastas for dinner sometimes. Lots of bread.
I live on carbs.
Could not survive a protien only diet.

For a good snack try plain yogurt sweetened with splenda or steevia (no aspartame, trying to get away from that) with ground flaxseed mixed in and strawberries on top (and blueberries and/or bananas if you wish). The flaxseed has fiber and omega-3 fatty acids and adds a nice, nutty taste.
