so nearly every morning I pull out the blender, throw in some fruit and some protien powder, and chug some tasty stuff. this is my favorite:
1 - banana
1 - orange/mandarine/something orange...
1/2 cup of frozen blueberries
2 scoops of 40-30-30 protien powder from trader joes
2 tablespoons of flax seed
and enough rice milk to make the mess liquidy enough to drink.
Then after that it's some toast and coffee, and I'm set till lunch.
Any good shake concoctions out there?

Been addicted to these things for the past 6 months... withdrawal when I run out of bananas or oj. I can run on these within an hour and a half without any difficulty too.
1 banana
1 cup strawberry yogurt (fresh strawberries when they look good or moms garden is in)
1-1.5 cups orange juice
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
blend - ends up pretty frothy and filling.
If I need an extra little kick then I throw in a tablespoon of peanut butter.
the wife-ee still sorta looks at me weird when I do this and howl about how good they are...
The only pit-fall is that the blender wakes the kids at 5:30am and then my time surfing Trifuel gets cut short...
Happy blending,
Matt:D

My favorite thing to do is mix up..
2 cups leftover coffee
2 scoops vanilla soy protein power
2 TB sugar free cocoa powder
1/2c vanilla yogurt
lot of ice
It's probably not the healthiest one out there but it tastes great.

That sounds good and I will definately give it a try. Ultimately I submit new concocktions to my canine buddy for the smell and lick test. If it passes this then it's on to my own taste test.
Any recomendations on electrolyte and power booster suplements?
thanks:)
8-10 oz NF milk
ice as desired
1 banana
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 scoop of chocolate protien powder (about 25-30 grams)
