just got back from the doctor to check on my stitches and he said ill be on light duty for 3-5 more weeks is there something i can do to try and keep in shape like walking /speed walking any sugg. would be great

other than following the advice of your doctor, I'm not sure what else you should be doing.

there's always reading and spending time visualizing your rapid recovery!
